These Terms cover the All India Transport Services website, our app design, development and monetization services, media-buying and ad-mediation work carried out on client apps, and digital products including utility applications, tools and games that we build, publish or operate.
You must be at least 18 years old, or the age of majority in your jurisdiction, to accept these Terms.
We provide mobile app design, development and monetization services, including in-app advertising integration, ad-mediation setup, in-app purchase and subscription configuration, and — where engaged for it — performance-marketing and media-buying support for client apps.
You agree not to engage in unlawful activity, generate invalid or fraudulent traffic, attempt to circumvent security features, reverse-engineer applications without authorisation, or infringe the intellectual property, privacy or other rights of any person while using our Services.
Unless otherwise agreed in a client contract, all content on this website — text, design, artwork and code — is the property of Manoj Agrawal (trading as All India Transport Services) or its licensors and may not be reproduced without permission.
Apps and products we build may contain advertising from third-party platforms, including Google and Meta, with no guarantee of specific results, installs or revenue. We do not control, and are not responsible for, the content or practices of advertisers or linked third-party sites.
Purchases made within apps we build are processed by the applicable app store operator under that operator's own terms and refund policies.
Our Services and the apps we build are provided "as is". We do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation, specific install volumes, app store approval outcomes, or specific advertising revenue.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, our liability arising out of or relating to the Services is limited to the greater of the amounts you paid us in the preceding three months, or ₹40,000, and we exclude liability for indirect, incidental or consequential damages.
You agree to indemnify and hold Manoj Agrawal (trading as All India Transport Services) harmless from claims arising out of your misuse of the Services or breach of these Terms.
We may suspend or terminate access to our Services without notice in the event of a violation of these Terms.
These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes shall be resolved through arbitration in, or subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of, Pune, Maharashtra.
We may update these Terms from time to time; continued use of the Services after changes constitutes acceptance.
